What payment methods are supported on ?

You can pay by card and bank transfer. If you pay through the bank transfer, please sign in and upload the receipt in the order list: Order > Manage Order.
To progress your order process, we advise you to pay online.

How can I get the refund if I paid with a card?

Your refund will be given back to the same card you used to pay after the refund request is approved by seller.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Tracking numbers will be shown after you have signed in: Order > Manage Order> Click “View Details” on the order list.

Can I change my order information such as shipping address after ordering?

You cannot update your shipping address after placing an order. We suggest you to sign in to find the order in Order> Manage Order, then telling your requests through clicking this button РSend Message. If your problems still cannot be solved, please email us or call us at 1-361-288-2671

What is the return process?

Step 1: Buyer submits a Return Request
Step 2: Seller approves the Return Request
Step 3: Buyer ships back the product(s)
Step 4: Seller confirms the delivery of returned products(s)
Step 5: releases the refund


Important Notes:
A. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping, if there’s no problem for products’ quality.
B. Any disputes during the return process either party may request help on settling a resolution.
C. Any abuse in Return Policy (such as making multiple returns within a certain period of time) is strictly prohibited, shall take further investigations and correspond accordingly.

How long will I get my package?

If your package is delivered by business express carrier such as UPS, FedEx, the seller must dispatch your package within 2 working days. If your package is delivered by truck companies, the seller must dispatch your package within 4 working days. The exact delivery time depends on the carriers.

Where is your warehouse located?

Our warehouse is located in Texas, U.S.
All products being sold on are U.S stocked, they are either kept in our Texas warehouse, or seller’s own or partnered warehouses.

What can I do if I am not satisfied with the product quality?

For most products, if you are not satisfied with your products, you could request a return within 15 days.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before the goods have been shipped.
